Are you a US citizen or you coming from thd US?
In firsf case you can receive a study permit at the entry port. In the other, you will wait as everyone in the world. Look at the processing time

I wasn't asking about when I'll get mine. I already knew it was going to take 4-6 weeks (received mine on July 6). Was asking for people to share their timelines.
Also, the timelines are different depending on the country. It can take up to 8months for IRCC dakar, USA is consistent with 4-6 weeks,North Africa usually takes 6-12 weeks.

I applied for my study permit on April 12th, 2023 from USA as an Indian passport holder. I haven’t received any update yet. Is there anything i can do to fasten up the process?

No, there isn't. All you can do is wait.

I am not a US citizen
applied June 3
Found USCIS biometrics appointment of June 20, went there on June 5 to explain my situation and after a small push and my inability to hear no, they allowed me to come in of June 9.
So, Biometrics on June 9
PPR on July 6
Sent in passport to LA VAC on June 11 (with USPS)
LA VAC sent the passport back on June 19

Yes, by email and phone. it took a total of 10 days (July 12-July22) using USPS.
