I got a job offer, employment contract and LMIA letter, please help give me some advice

Hello everyone, I'm from Indonesia, please kindly advise me on this case.

Recently I have a job application, a job offer and a 13 pages employment contract from the company (let's mention it as T***on F**ds) then also a LMIA letter (maybe a copy) emailed directly to me from the third party, an agency (Br**ks Imm****tion and v**a service inc), and they requesting my confirmation about my awareness of the visa application and whether I want to proceed with the process or not.

As mentioned in the company's prior email, I'm told to prepare a total around 700 USD for the visa application, security fees, etc (incl. 155CAD for visa). Also if the agency requested, I should send the money via crypto currency account, in the bitcoin. I'm a little curious about this for I know once I make the payment, it's untraceable.

What makes me a little confused is, the time frame it takes from the first email to the last is almost a month, and it's in a regular order basis, so it feels like I'm in a truly official recruitment process.
If they're scammers, would they wait for that long? And from what I heard, the scammers usually ask for thousands of dollars, not just $700...

I will say 100% fake, don’t pay them, employers or any company can’t demand to pay you.

One reason I can think of why they want crypto payment is that they are avoiding tax payment. Sounds too shady, imho.

Scammers will often ask for smaller amounts. This is quite common.

What is the actual job offer? Who is the employer in Canada? Does the job offer include flights, accommodations and/or food? Did you interview with the employer directly or just with the agency?

They say the job is Packaging Assistant, the employer is Tyson Foods. Yeah, the contract says that the job include flight ticket, feeding, transportation and accommodation for 3 months, it also mentioned that I could reimburse all the relocation cost. But no, they didn't interview me at all, either with the employer or the agency.

Flight, accommodation, and food costs are never covered (except in some very limited and rare circumstances). If anyone is offering this, it's a scam. This is in fact one of the easiest and fastest ways to spot a scam.

Relocation costs are similarly never covered (except in some very limited and rare circumstances, such as for very senior company executives). If anyone is offering this, it's a scam.

Payments through bitcoin or Western Union mean it's a scam. Payments in any currency other than CAD also indicates a scam.

No interview at all or no interview with the actual employer means it's a scam. Real employers always interview.

Wow, that's great, you're very lucky . Working and living in Canada has always been my dream and my family's, but we're not as lucky as you are, finding a job/employer that would/willing to sponsor us seems so hard...but I'll keep looking, for me and my family's sake.

When I got job offer I was offered flight and they covered relocation cost with my family but they never asked me to pay anything, everything was done by my employer.
