Don’t know what you mean by soon. It can be a long process. So you need to submit a profile under Express Entry. You need to be eligible first based on your age, education (need ECA), language (tests for English or French), work experience and funds. Then look at licensing requirements for a welder in Canada through provincial trade associations or Red Seal. Good luck.
