Yeah, military background check is the most long one. It can last 2 years. I know some PGP 2019 still not done yet. For the security check, it’s no idea. What can do, it’s only to wait.

Did IRCC ask you to do the medical in March? Since we submitted the PR application, my mother has been on a visitor visa. We are extending the visitor visa as and one required. The timelines are in my signature. Can you please share your timelines?

Yes we got their medical for visa extension done in March then they were again asked for medical for PR in June. Is the timeline that you shared for visitor’s visa?

I have received another request today in my CIC account which was the additional request letter dated last year aug 2022 (same letter same date police certificate,
address change and relationship documents which was provided already before due date). Is it system glitch? Second medical request was received (because of one year) last week as well.
It seems like file is moving in opposite direction.

Similar but mine I received sponsorship approval on Feb 23,2023 and still waiting to receive medical and occ. London office
It is really frustrating

AOR: Aug 31st, 2022
Medical Request: Sep 15th, 2022
Medical Completed: Sep 28th, 2022
Per-Arrival Invitation: Sep 17th, 2022
PCC: Sep 20th, 2022,
PCC Submitted: Oct 5th, 2022
Now, I am waiting for PR approval.

Here's the eligibility criteria. It says you have to a citizen or a permanent resident.
