Hello,

- I am a 38 year old guy, holding master's degree, with 10+ experience in IT (different positions)
- Due to age I am unable to go beyond CRS 422, unless I show proficiency in French, which is a long-shot, so PnP is the only option left

kindly let me know if I am doing it right or am I missing something

- Created an EE profile and started job hunting on Job bank
- Created a profile on provincial job websites and check them almost daily
- Seeking job from a canadian employer on websites like indeed, glassdoor etc

Do I need to do more in order to land a job?

For EE, a job offer doesn’t give you extra points. Chances of you landing a job, and the employer going through and paying for the LMIA process is low. The employer has to prove no one in Canada can dod the job, only you have the experience. Even if you get the LMIA, you have 472 which may still not be enough.

What PNP are you eligible for? What is your NOC? For OINP, it is too low. Maybe look at Alberta if you can get a job.

My NOC are as follow
20012 Computer and information systems managers
21222 Information systems specialists
22222 Information systems testing technicians
22220 Computer network and web technicians
21311 Computer engineers

I have checked, almost all provinces have them in their required skilled list.

I can understand that LMIA could be a hassle, the main thing that is bugging me is how to get a PnP?

Plus if you can please guide me, I did my bacheolars from a university in UK, shall I send the documents directly to WAS or do I need to get it accerdated from any kind of organization in UK?

You can only have one primary NOC. You need to do a job search and find an employer who cannot hire anyone in Canada, only you have the skills to do the job. There is no simple way. Go to the WES website as each country and school have different requirements.

yup am onto it, can I change the NOC during the course of application? if a oportunity arises, cause I have worked on all these appointments in the recent years.

Further I found this, https://canadianvisa.org/blog/immigration/pnp-dont-require-job-offer

Is it doable? I am not necessarily looking for EE as I can wait for a while, all that matters is the result.

Plus can you kindly guide if no EE pathway is doable? I went through this link here https://canadianvisa.org/blog/immigration/pnp-dont-require-job-offer

I am in no hurry to get into Canada, I can wait if eventually all ends well.

Did you read the link? You need to research each province and see which program you are eligible for. Most are through EE. Manitoba is not an option unless you have a job offer or family.
I don't have a job offer yet, that is the issue. So I am looking for some other streams, even if they are not EE, cause I can wait a bit. Anyways I am doing my research and thanks for the guidance :)
