I've neve hired an immigration lawyer and don't have one to recommend.
 
CIC sent me the PFL asking me to respong on my altered bank statement which i did not. Soo i need a migration lawyer to help me respond to their concern

IRCC is very good at spotting altered bank statements. You need to get a new bank statement proving that your submitted statement wasn’t altered. You only have a few days or weeks to respond. What country are you from? The reason is that if you are from an African country, many of the banks are not verified as licensed banking institutions that follow government rules and regulations.
 
If there were any alterations to your bank statement even if you blame the consultants you will have difficulty overcoming the 5 year ban. A lawyer will likely cost multiple thousand of dollars so that should be considered. You should certainly consult with a lawyer about your realistic options.
