I just spoke to IRCC rep and she said my medicals is passed, eligibility is passed but Background check has not started yet. She asked me to raise NDVO webform.

So that means, the April 19th tracker update doesn't mean anything at all.

Does anybody know NDVO contact number?

I had an update on my application - they finally added my newborn as a dependent on my application. I had submitted all the information back in March, but they finally added him now.

I just checked my application status and it shows my Background verification as Completed for my wife and I. But it still shows In Progress for my kids.

I got an Information Letter from the High Commission requesting submission of passports within the next 30 days. It looks like this is the PPR!

I had a ghost update today in my gckey. My background check has changed from "your application is in progress" to "we are processing your background check". Does anybody know what's this mean?

It means that your application is being reviewed and is moving forward. Hope for PPR soon.

I saw my application status as "Profile/Application updated," for which I had no email notification. In my profile, my bcg status changed from "your application is in progress" to "we are processing your background verification".

I did several things, called ircc and sent webform. After which I had gckey update and after 2 days noticed background is completed in tracker.
