PGWP extension 2023 refused

Hi there. My PGWP extension 2023 application was refused. The refusal letter said that "The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application." It's so vague to me. I've never overstayed in Canada and had my visa issues before. Does anyone know what it is or have the same issue?? Thank you!

Would suggest to get GCMS notes to know the exact reason for refusal.

Are you in Canada? When did the you get your PGWP and when did it expire?

I got my PGWP June 2020, and it expired last month. I applied for it outside of Canada.
