I contacted Delhi IRCC via Webform, got an auto response, nothing more.

Hi KiaAT, please help me as well, I can see COPR details on the tracker since past few months, but no email yet.
Check Immigrations services tab, it has the correct email Id.
please check few email ids mention on this thread ( although these are valid only for eCPOR issuance)

To update:
It's been more than 5 weeks since I submitted my pic/address, and it still in "review" with IRCC.. they don't respond to the webform, calling IRCC is useless as I can't even talk to an agent "due to high volume calls BS BS", to give an idea how things are really bad with IRCC, I got all my tracker complete with ecopr document details back in Dec, so more than 7 months now, all it takes is just to approve the F address and picture. I don't even know what to do at thispoint.. oh, and I even sent an emails to all Etobicoke emails, one responded wtih "you should email the webform", so nothing really is useful.

Guys I think the delay has something to do with Medicals expiry, I have noticed that they extended the medicals till next June and for those people, they delay issuing Ecopr !
@ChimmyC did you get your ecopr..? We are in same trouble didn't get any portal email yet and Rfv letter received on 22june bcoz dependents are outland and primary applicant is inland but still didn't receive any portal email.. Mine VO is also Etobicoke can you help me plz send me email address of Etobicoke..?

Do you know what you current primary VO is?
