Status of sponsored spouse' kids

Hello and thank you in advance for reading/answering my question:

My fiance has visitors visa and we're planning to submit an inland spousal sponsorship application. Her kids don’t have the visitor visa yet and she's going to apply for them and bring them here with her. After sponsorship application, she's going to apply for OSW permit. My question is what's the status of her kids before and after obtaining OSW? Will they be able to attend school like other kids or they will need to pay? Will they be covered by the provincial healthcare plan?

They will be in Canada as visitors but should be able to attend school. You will need to continue to extend their visitor status while they are in Canada to maintain legal status until the PR application is approved.

The kids will be able to avail all facilities if you would include them in sponsor pr then they will get all facilities

Not necessarliy all facilities.

Depending on what province they are in, they may not qualify for health care coverage, for example.
