I am citizen of Canada. My nephew (sister's son) is in the process of applying for immigration under this category. Does anyone has an idea whether he can benefit showing my relationship with him? If so, how many marks he can benefit? Thank you in advance.

He can get an extra 5 points under the FSW point system for having a relative in Canada (he needs to achieve a score of 67 points to qualify to apply for EE). https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html#adaptability

He will get zero points under the EE CRS point system. Points are given for siblings only.
