My case is at RROC as well. Everything completed on 29 may but no COPR number no update. AOR 28 march 2023.
Interestingly RROC was once the fastest of all but now has so much workload which has decreased its application processing speed.
I don’t know where my case is.. today is officially 4 weeks without news since everything got completed on the tracker.. still hoping to be relieved soon xD

When ever I call IRCC they tell me to wait as they think its stipl too early because only 3 months have passdd since AOR. What they dont get is everything is completed since 29 may and their has been no update since then.
Anyone else is stuck at RROC Ottawa?

I know.. it is really frustrating, and the the email can reassure you that everything is fine! But given that we are not alone, i would assume it is normal and we are just stuck on the desk of a very busy agent

CoPR number on tracker: 23 June
No updates, no RFV/PPR since

Seeing the trend on this forum and others, it seems that if there's no RFV/PPR in 2-3 days, the wait could go on indefinitely. Called IRCC multiple times but at this stage, the agents know just as much as I do.

Hey there didn't know you were in a similar situation too! Guessing your Eligibility and other stages were completed fairly soon in the end.

Yeah there's a whole bunch of us unfortunately. I'm trying to find out what the upper limit of the waiting period is for this specific queue but can't find any solid information. I'm 3 weeks into it and there are others with up to a month. I guess there's no way of knowing until those people's files get moving.

Yes, my eligibility check started late but got over in 8 days. I called and checked with them if the file has been moved to another VO but that wasn't the case. Not sure what's left after everything is completed. Either the officer sends RFV in batches (which doesn't explain your wait) or the eglibility/BGC is not actually completed and the update was premature. In any case, there's not much that can be done at this stage except maybe order gcms notes. The wait is not frustrating, it's the inconsistency that's killing me. I've seen 3-4 people get their status updated AND receive RFV mail since my last update. And I'm a single applicant with a straightforward file, so I'm out of excuses

I've already called and confirmed that my eligibility and BGC are indeed passed. I even asked the agent if there's anything marked for review and if all 3 components of BGC (info sharing, criminality & security) were done and they verified that was all done. So I honestly don't understand the delay now.

I've even requested gcms notes a few days ago so I've literally got no further avenues to pursue. One thing I've found in common with most people in our situation is all our files are with Ottawa VO. They seem to be the absolute slowest right now.

I don't know mate, hope they sort out whatever issues they're facing, soon. Just saw someone get PPR one day after ghost update on the May thread.. from Ottawa

Yeah GUs are a great sign but I've had none since a very long time. Last one was probably when medicals were passed.

And yeah, there is absolutely no consistency like you said. I've also got a very straightforward single applicant file like yours but yet there are lots of family based ones going through seamlessly ahead of ours. Just make it make sense!

Called IRCC again today, the agent said something along the lines of - something it depends on when the medical is getting expired, so if it's getting expired after a long time, they delay sharing the RFV/PPR email. Didn't make too much sense, since I've seen people who took their medical after me already get PPRs. But at least someone tried explaining.

Thank you for the update
It feels like the call centre person had no idea what to answer and just came up with some bs lol

We're in the same boat, my fiancee's app shows all steps completed and a COPR number was generated. Here's my tim line for getting around it:

April 28th: COPR in tracker

May 30th: Called IRCC after a month of nothing, IRCC agent just told us to keep waiting

June 3rd: Forcibly emailed the landing team following direction from a fellow forum member

June 5th: Portal invite, declared presence and uploaded photo, ECOPR still not available.

June 19th: Called IRCC again, agent confirms everything within app is completed, mentioned we should've
received COPR over a month earlier, sends an email marked urgent to Mississauga VO. Was told to call at the end of the week if nothing is received

June 23rd : Called IRCC again as nothing is received, agent confirms again everything is marked as completed, mentioning again that it's strange we don't have our documents yet, as if someone in VO forgot to progress the application after finishing it.

June 26th: No updates, emailed local MP, MP confirms they made an appointment with VO regarding my app for early next week,
