Is high school degree necessary for the EE?

I have a doubt concerning my school’s certificates. Should I translate only my university degree and diploma or should I translate as well my high school degree and other degrees?

For EE, you only need an ECA for your highest program so degree.

Chance for what? Do you have ECA? IELTS scores?

Don’t see why not we are a bilingual country. Look on the EE website.
