Just wondering if I can somehow get an update for my Mom’s file too by calling IRCC? We applied through an immigration consultant. We don’t have any documents or updates available. Been waiting for PPR since April end, that’s when all the documents were submitter again including PCC, Background Declaration,Schedule A.

Hello Paaji, First of all thank you for helping. I called my IRCC Consultant and she said our Application Number is on any document that we have. So I checked the Medical document and it was there starting with E.

I followed the instructions from the link you provided. I couldn't get a hold of any customer agent but I got some update. It said:-
1. Your application was received on Friday Feb 05, 2021. If I need more information from you or once the final decision has been made, we'll contact you.
2. We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. You do not need an interview.
4. We do not need your fingerprints. We'll send you a message if this changes.

What can I expect next and any idea how soon? Also, our biometric, Medical and PCC was already done.

If they start working on your application, it takes only a week to finalize. The problem is till now, they are only collecting documents.

My sisters timeline Couple with 2 dependants from India Jan 8, 2021 appl received May 2022 1st Temp no Nov 2022 Permanent no Feb 6 Bio, Med & PCC request , complete by Mar 2 , No messages after this. 4 months over after the medicals. Yesterday she got a email saying "thank you we received your documents" what is that meaning. Anyone received like this message. any idea how long she wants wait..
