Return to Canada on valid work permit while waiting for PR card

Hi all,
My PR status recently got approved and I have received my eCOPR on June 15. I also have a valid work permit until Feb 2025. I plan to travel outside Canada in the third week of July.

Can I re-enter Canada on my work permit if I do not receive my PR card before exiting Canada?

No once you are PR , your temporary visas become invalid. You now need PRTD to return back .

Nope, you do not have a valid work permit....... If you leave Canada before getting the PR card, you will need the PRTD to return. Additionally, your temporary work visa is also invalid at this moment. Your only travel document is the PR card which you currently do not have.
