So I have been reading the threads and I'm wondering if something is wrong. I haven't heard anything from IRCC since 2021 my documents were sent to Ghana. I don't know what is going on. I submitted in 2020 and processing started since February 2021. Up until now nothing again.

Same boat.
Documents sent to Accra 2021.
Heard from Accra this month June,2023 though.
Request for Biometrics and Medicals, two separate emails on the same day.
Both done, application updated as Medical Received.
Now waiting for the next step.

You still cannot send 3.4MB in a single file through webform.

Exactly… max file is 2 MB.. so groups of 3.4 MB files.

For example
G1_D1_generic form..
G1_D2_family information
..

On another web form:
G2_D1_xxx
..

And So on…

Number of groups and files in each group will be based on your files sizes…

Proper naming might help both your self and whoever on the other side sorting and adding your files to the application.

Can someone guide me that do I have to pay BIO MATRIC FEE for my kids ( aging 11 to 17 years) living outside Canada for their PR processing.
Please note ,I am a protected person in Canada and have received my AOR.
I have already paid Bio Matric Fee for my partner but not for kids.
Prompt replies will be appreciated.

This is for me that I am the main protected person here in Canada. For my wife overseas, they only ask for biometrics on may 2022.

Biometrics depend on age. Adults definitely will do biometrics but for children, it depends on their age. Children below 14 years are exempted from biometrics but 14 years and above should give their biometrics.

Try checking that of your spouse on eCAS. You cannot see the status of the children. Again, your spouse’s application can’t be linked to GCKey. The status can only be seen on eCAS.

May not be possible to link depending o.

You still have a long way to go. Once you receive PR then your family will start their PR processing.

If your wife is outside Canada, she will not be able to link her application to the GCKey. She can only depend on the Client Application Status for updates.

@Abtols Any updates from Accra since you submitted your medicals? I also got mail for Medicals and pre arrival same day from Accra. Submitted them already and medical has been received. No update since then.

The same with me. Got medicals and prevarrival on the same day and medicals have been recieved.
