Please after filling express entry system said you me be eligible but after filling the whole application system said not eligible. There is a thing strange, I am currently working under closed permit for 10 month in Alberta and I have a job offer for 2 years NOC 12101 Human resources and recruitment officer (Teer 2, B Category) and its under French Mobility so LMIA Exempt. I have answered YES to the job offer question and YES for its a non-seasonal question but after submitting the application system said you are not eligible and in the Field JOB OFFER system said NOT APPLICABLE. Please may I have made a mistake or there is another reason. Please Help. Thanks

If LMIA exempt, you need a year of Canadian work experience to be eligible with the job offer. If you say NO then it may be eligible.

You should answer "no" to the job offer question since what you have doesn't qualify as a job offer under Express Entry at this time.

There is likely another reason why you are ineligible.

Have you included the minimum amount for proof of funds?

Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW point structure?

I am with family here a total of 4 persons so I mentioned 34000$

I can't really know if I have 67 or not because there no online calculator that have french test points. I did only the TEF and not an IELTS. So I am not sure. please if you have a good calculator let me know please.
I am 49 years old, TEF: B2 B2 B2 C1, relatives in canada, Diploma equivalency OK (Bachelor degree), My wife have IELTS, Experience outside Canada more than 15 years, Inside Canada 10 months, Canada job offer...

On the IRCC site under FSW eligibility are the charts to calculate if you have 67 points. If you did not do IELTS and are 49 then you may not eligible for Express Entry FSW. You will need to wait until you have a year of Canadian work experience to be eligible for CEC.

Calculate your points manually using this information: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html

Again, what you have right now is not classified as a job offer. So you cannot claim the 10 points under FSW for arranged employment. Leave these points out.

Given your age, it's quite possible you don't have the minimum 67 points and this is the issue.

Thanks for your clear response, The better now is to wait for 2 months to have 1 full year experience. Thanks
