Express entry question about work history

So I have three questions
First one I work on film sets when it asks me to write my employment history do I write each set I worked on? Mind you some of these shoots were only one or two days others were three weeks or two. So do I write each one separately is this correct?
Second: and this one is very frustrating to me cause it’s so confusing I am currently in Canada on work visa do I need to incorporate to work on film sets? I’m asking because some of the projects are for short movies and student movies and I obviously don’t get a T2 or T4 whatever it’s called for the money I get paid. I get paid by etransfer do I need a business account to get these transfers on to separate it from my personal one? Am I required to do that by law? And when reporting it for taxes what do you report it under ?

third for express entry history employment are you supposed to put in times when you were self employed? I read that self employment doesn’t get calculated for work experience under express entry so do I need to add it ? I had a side hustle on Etsy for three month then I closed it.

1. You might be self employed. If you are, show self employed (entity name or whatever) and list the duration of employment.
2. You are most likely receiving this as a self employed person. Read what the law says or I guess other members will share more info on this (or use ChatGPT for this maybe?)
3. There are quite a few self employed folks who were self employed and recently landed as a PR through EE.
