Hi, I sent mine in January 23rd and it went to New Waterford. It took about 2 months to get my AOR and got my card 2 weeks later. The processing times when I sent mine was 65 days. I think it is now around 90 days for processing. So you may not receive your AOR until August. Hope this helps

Hi, I sent mine in January 23rd and it went to New Waterford. It took about 2 months to get my AOR and got my card 2 weeks later. The processing times when I sent mine was 65 days. I think it is now around 90 days for processing. So you may receive your AOR soon Hope this helps.

Do i need to contact ups regarding this issue?

When I contacted them, they said I got to wait until Processing time had passed. They had no record of an AOR. I got it 2 months after my application was received. Processing times are longer now than they were in January.

Ohhh . Thank you so much. I am really worried because i wrote different address n ups redirected to this address. I hope my documents are not lost

I was exactly the same. I thought my documents were lost. UPS were not helpful and said they had been lost. Then my cousin told me that the same happened to her and she got her card. So I was able to relax. Another family member sent theirs at the end of April and not received an AOR yet. I am expecting they will get it in July. Let me know when you get yours.

I will definitely let you know. Did they sent through ups as well? What if I resent my documents?

I have just checked the other one and it was received May 5th at New Waterford. No AOR yet. I will let you know when we get it so it will give you an idea of when you should get yours. I would not re send documents as it may delay it.

Yess please do update the status. And did they use ups for mailing the documents as well?

Same thing happened to me here, i sent my documents via UPS and got directed to New waterford, i just read that they added 41 jobs in a new immigration and citizenship office in NS, so i think that’s an additional processing office so hopefully cases gets processed faster.

My application was received at New Waterford on May 5th and I have heard nothing yet.
I was so worried when I opened up the tracking and realized that it had been delivered to New Waterford and not to Dorchester Str like I wrote on the label.

Is there a thread for anyone who's citizenship applications were received in May 2023?
