Replace "Travel" by "Tourism (such as a vacation)", you can also mention where did you go in the states for example: New York, Washington etc...
Replace "Get Gas" by "Visited a family member" or "Road Trip to: ......"

There is nothing much in GCMS notes, Atleast for mine, usually it just tells the detailed steps of whatever happened until now, Most probably if there is no request from anyone, you will just get an answer, file is waiting for a review from the Officer!

I had called ircc customer care and got the response that my file is in its last stage (LPP seems completed from long back, and never reflected in my citizenship tracker account). The agent told me that the file is for final review by the officer and he’s not sure when can the final update arrive to me, it may be tomorrow or any time soon. But, I feel bad that they don’t update the tracker properly to know where the file is or if they need more information. As it’s already 3 months past my citizenship test, I was curious why LPP is not updated yet. Hopeful for my oath ceremony arriving soon. Good luck to all who are traveling in the same boat.

For anyone interested, I received my GCMS notes today. There’s nothing remarkable, except that Security and Criminality are passed, and I’m assigned to RC-8090 (aka CPC Sydney) for my LPP to be assessed.

As explained by others, my application is now back at Sydney for LPP. Once completed, it will return to SCR (presumably) for the oath to be scheduled.

Quick question guys, we'll have a ceremony today and I have been watching some you tube videos and noticed the Clerk will ask if we have a travel plan for the next 2 to 4 weeks as the PR card will be destroyed. we have a plan but not more important than the citizenship process. do you guys shave any idea if we say yes we have a plan, what would be the next step? like they would expedite the certificate processing?

I think you will find out this during your ceremony. They're really helpful and I am pretty sure they will guide you. Just enjoy the process
