Hello, my question is if I received an ITA to apply for OINP Foreign worker stream but my current salary doesn't not match Median Wage level, then will my application get refused or rejected for the Nomination?

It's a requirement to be eligible for the program. This is clearly stated as an eligibility criteria on the OINP web site.

You will be refused if your pay is not at the median wage level or higher.

I am working for a startup and it's been almost year now since i'm working with them is there way i can convince immigration officer or any work around this cz my PGWP is also expiring next year in july

It's a mandatory requirement for the program, so no. Being below the mediam wage disqualifies you. The only thing that may work is to convince your employer to increase your wage to the median wage and then submit additional evidence to show this (i.e. new employment letter with increased wage, pay slips showing increased wage).

Mine got withdrawn because I submitted a wrong doc but please let me know what happens with your file I'm pretty sure it's under assessment you'll probably get the nomination
