This is how the system works:
Let's say you started working on the 30th of May. The system recognizes the month May, not the date. So by the next 1st of April (again, only taking months into consideration), it'll count as you've worked for 12 months. So it grants you the points. But if you get ITA, you send the application and you still don't have the full year to get those points, you'll get a rejection.
Stupid? Maybe. But just wait a little longer.
I see okay this makes sense, so by my calculation i should be at around 22 months and like 24 days or something, So I should wait another 1.5 months or so.
Proper dates, joined company on 1st March 2021 last date of work was 11th May 2022. Started new role on 17th of July 2022 and current employed as of March 2023 date.
So first job -> 1st March 21 to End of February 2022 -> 12 months. March and April of 2022. will constitute 2 more months and then 11 days in month of May. (Current total is 14 months and 11 days). S
Second job -> started role on the 17th of July and if I include the full month of March 2023. it will be (8 months and 13 days).
So total working time in months should be 22 months and 24 days. So I will need to wait the months of April and May 2023, and then apply for my PR if I get an ITA yes?
