Hello,
I did 2 graduate certificate course one from Seneca and other from York University,
I was eligible for 3 years work permit, but I did not attach my seneca transcript but had mentioned about it in the comments section and now I just got my work permit for 1 year please help what should I do next to rectify my mistake.

Send a webform and include the transcript and ask for reconsideration. Assume programs were completed back to back.
