Spouse Visa Guidance Required

Hi, I am a Canadian Permanent Resident and I am from Karachi, Pakistan. I just moved to Canada in February 2023. I am moving back to Pakistan in August 2023 as I am getting married. I am planning to come back to Canada with my wife after she gets her imigration. I wish to apply her spouse visa after our wedding and I want to stay in Karachi till then.

So the question is, can I apply her spouse visa by staying with her in Pakistan and when she gets her visa we move to Canada together? Just for information, I have received my PR card.

No. You cannot do that. You must be in Canada to sponsor her and remain in Canada during processing.
