my wife wife wants to come to canada but as she is 30 so i am tryin g to say her to apply for IELTS as well as govt jobs will it be correct or wrong?

She doesn’t have work authorization so getting a government job is not possible. Does she have ECA for her degree too?
If applying to Express Entry, she needs to be eligible with ECA and IELTS with 67 points. Focus on Express Entry first.
I said her to prepare govt job for India ..i am also in a package of 19 lpa here in India so will it be good to stay in india or go canada
Are you eligible for Express Entry and do you have enough points for invitation? You have to decide whether it is good for you to immigrate. Strangers on a forum cannot tell you what to choose.
