I think Montreal Office works like a wave. They have peak season and then some slow ones. In-fact I have seen this trend even in other VOs in past couple of months! A lot of people are unhappy with their VO's speed.

Wow, sorry to hear it’s been taking so long considering that the newer cases are processing so much quicker! finally my tracker shows everything completed yesterday with COPR number also, but Gc key still shows final decision : 20th july we are processing your application
my timeline is
FSW-O
Ita : 23rd march
Aor : 28th march
med/bio : completed on 31st march
bcg started : 19th april
eligibility started : 3rd july
all completed : 21st july
PVO : Montreal
SVO : Sydney
finaly keeping fingers crossed for ppr mail, should i expect it by monday or wait can be longer( even after mention of copr number on tracker) pls suggest
I replied to Portal 1 email on 20 July 2023. How much time does it take for Montreal VO to send Portal 2 email after reply is sent?

Same boat here. Got portal 1 in late June but was about to leave Canada for roughly a month for a trip. Responded right away and an agent got back within a few days saying to respond to same email again upon long-term return to Canada to avoid having to go through non-inland landing. I responded once again on July 23, no response as of yet. Montreal VO.

Primary Applicant did not receive Portal yet - IRCC agent says it was sent by Montreal Office on Aug 23 but never received by primary applicant
Same aug 23, RFV mail for dependent was received - Both email ID's are same
Dependent has sent Passport for stamping but not sure if they can stamp unless Primary has finished Virtual Landing in Canada
Still No portal email & upon speaking with IRCC, Primary was informed that a request was submitted to resend the portal email
Daily calls and getting the same answer
I feel so bad for this situation
The randomness and operational inefficiency is other worldly !
This is an Express Entry PNP PR Application
