Hello, I went a couple of weeks ago to my Elegibility interview , I received my confirmation of WP to my email last week (haven’t gotten physical WP yet) but I received a letter in my mail (physical) that says:
Subject: Disclosure of documents from the Integrated Claim Analysis Centre
In one of the parts says; scheduling recommendation; regular hearing

Do you guys know what is this? I was reading that it is a pilot project, not sure how it works..

If you know would you please explain a little?

Those who have got their files processing at ICAC, That means IRCC thinks your case in unique and needs to be processed at their pilot project. ICAC will decide if a hearing is needed or not. Whatever they decide, its a good news for you.
In a hearing, always stick to your BOC, thats it.
Sometimes they decide hearing is not essential, then they go for file review.

Never heard of a single case in ICAC project that got rejected.

So stay tight and focus to your BOC

Waoo interesting
My case is with ICAC and they ticked box for a regular hearing and it’s been 6months now no hearing date has been scheduled
I pray I get a positive decision soon.

Doesnt matter how many months it takes but you are sitting in a positive side.
I got short hearing after 8/9 months, and a table decision.
Inshort total timing depend on officers who works on it and merit of case. Might be delay, might be faster. Anyway its a good news.

My ecopr marked as Special program: IPP
