Lost Maksheet - impact on ECA WES

Hi All

Unfortunately, i have lost 3rd sem marksheet and unable to get duplicate marksheet. If i share BE degree certificate along with marksheets for rest of 7 semesters, would that work for ECA from WES? Total marks till 3rd sem is anyways mentioned in 4th sem marksheet.

Is there any other workaround like notarised affidavit or any such thing which can help if i dont get duplicate DMC? Or is there any other institute other than WES who can do ECA without marksheets.

WES needs your completion certificate and final transcript to be sent by your uni for evaluation.
