And you got PPR in one week

And got PPR on 19- Feb-2023

It was normal online application (Not Urgent).

My application for a PRTD was approved February 7 2023 and a passport request February 8 2023 but IRCC sent to a wrong email that is not mine. How can I rectify.

You need to contact visa office in Nigeria. You can also contact your local MP in Canada about what is taking so long.

I will send an email to the MP office because the VAC in nigeria are telling me nothing they can do abut it

Speak to IRCC, the office processing the PRTD or your MP. At this point you probably have to apply again since it has been a long time since past approval.
