Request to add non-accompanying Spouse to Accompanying Spouse

I applied for PR through SINP Employment Offer and added my spouse as non-accompanying during initial application, thinking that I should follow my nomination as I was single when I was nominated and I got married after being nominated.

I raised a webform to add my as accompanying instead after receiving my AOR. I received response through email and they asked me to submit forms and other documents which I submitted immediately through webform. I received a response that the documents I sent through webform has been forwarded to responsible officer for consideration.

Has anyone experienced this situation before? Were your request granted? How long until you received response of your request?

Yes your spouse will be added to your file and will be able to see under dependant section in Gckey . However adding spouse to application can take around 1-6 months. Your spouse have to go through medical examination and have to submit PCCs . Sending webform simply means they have sent your documents to case processing agent and have added to your application.

I already included him as my dependant in my application but I listed him as non-accompanying spouse. Hence, I can see him as my dependant in my GCKey and Application Status Tracker with his own UCI. In AST, my spouse's only update was application received the day I submitted my PR application. His Biometrics and Background Veri is in Progress while Medical and eligibility has not started yet. Now, I requested to include him as accompanying spouse instead. I have submitted his PCC as well and sent payment receipt for his PR processing fee and RPRF. Should have I also paid for his biometrics?

I am still waiting for their response whether they have already included him as accompanying spouse. How do I know if he has been included as accompanying spouse?

Yes pay for biometric fees , attach PCC and attach a letter of explanation through webform and write you want to add your spouse as accompanying. You have to pay for application fees as well as Right to permanent residence fees too .
