Procedure to obtain PCC from Poland-

Hello,

Good day!
I am currently residing in Poland, and I am a foreign national (Non-EU).
I would like to obtain the Police Clearance Certificate/Good Contact Certificate from the Poland Government.
Kindly let me know the procedure? Also, how long would it take to get this certificate?

You do it online if I am not wrong or you have to go yourself into the court I think. Make sure to get a full version of it and just English version which is shorten and in electronic format - this one is not accepted. You have to take original in Polish language and then translate.

The processing time is by law up to 7 days. I sent the paper form from the US to Poland with UPS and requested them to send the document back to my parents. My parents scanned it and sent it to me as a pdf. An Ontario certified translator then provided an English translation.

All in all, very easy.

Hey Can you please provide contact for Ontario based certified translator , also did you get any notarization after translation?
