Are you in Canada? If so, do you have TRV to re-enter or plan to return to Canada.

I sent my passport to Ottawa for stamping last week. I am in Canada and I plan on going to India for 5-6 weeks. Do you think there will be any repercussions to leaving?

If you have a valid TRV, then no. Leaving has nothing to do with your CRS score.
