Got my GCMS notes this morning. Can any experienced people let me know whether this is good or bad.

I had filed my PR under SINP - Worker with Job Offer category and it is unfortunate that the employer refused to provide me with a new offer letter after my ongoing application has been going on since 5 years now ( AOR June 2018 )

They are checking your eligibility for two aspects, 1st is the employment offer letter , and the 2nd is whether the provincial nomination is still valid by the province, since we don't know the province response to them, then we can't tell whether they will continue with ur application or return it back, it depend on Province and IRCC.

My only straw of hope is that the province or IRCC might have notified me about revocation of my nomination in these past 6 months if something were wrong.

But of course, anything is possible with IRCC.
