Hi Guys, I got my ITA today under CEC. I complete 12 months in my job on July 31, 2023. My last date to apply for my PR application is August 8, 2023. Can I apply on August 1, 2023? This way i will complete 12 months and I shall not have to decline the application. Please let me know.

Yes, that's perfectly fine.

Are you sure? This would not be a problem because as of today i have only 10 months and few days of CEC. I got my ITA today.

You should only apply after completing 1 year even though you've got the ITA before completion of 1 year, that's what most people have followed. You can search for similar thread here in this forum.
