PR renewal obligation

Hello,
I have a question regarding my PR renewal. Became PR on 21st June 2018. PR renewal 5 year period 21/06/2018 - 21/06/2023. If i am short of 15 days to meet my RO of 730 days, can I apply in July 15 2023. PR card Valid till 10th Aug 2023.

Outside Canada - 25th Jan 2019 to 23 Dec 2021
19th Dec 2022 - 04th Feb 2023

Hi, Thanks for replying. So, if I submit on 15 July, will the 5 year period be calculated from 15th July 2018 or 21st June 2018 or it doesn't matter.

It is always 5 years prior to the date that you submit the application. At this point, anything prior to June 7, 2018, for example, is meaningless; those days are gone.
