Category-based selection civil engineer

I have B.Sc degree in Civil Eng and I have been working as an Assistant project manager for more than a year now. I would like to revise my ee profile from Construction Manager to Civil Engineer since Civil Engineer is in new category based rounds. My job description matches 3-4 items in NOC for Civil Engineers. But I m not sure if this is enough and appropriate

You should have about a 70% match of your job responsibilities to the NOC.

Your job description should match 60%+ of the NOC.
