Applying Study Permit & PGWP for the second time from.

Hi everyone,
I have applied for study permit in 2013 & got approved & studied in Canada.
Applied for PGWP, and got approved in 2015.
Worked there from 2017 to 2018, in the mean while i have received ITA for PR,
but coudn't apply because I received PCC almost 45 days after I applied for PCC & my ITA got expired.
Came back to India in 2019, because of some unfortunate reasons.
Now I am planning to enter Canada again, can I apply for study permit & am I eligible for PGWP again.
Please give me your valuable suggestions.

You may be approved for another study permit and come study but a PGWP is given one time only. You will not get another PGWP.
