Hey guys, hope you're all doing great.

Im in the process of applying for the PR application. I will answer 'Yes' to one of the statutory question. Can I just go ahead and download the schedule A form, fill it out and submit it with the rest of the PR application OR do I have to wait for it to be requested formally by the IRCC?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

You can submit whatever you want extra, and put it in letter of explanation field, it may even lower the processing time of your application because when they need to ask something they will find the reply for it so it accelerates the process

P.S. that is my opinion and in no way it's guaranteed to be right, if you decide to follow it, do so at our own risk.

Thanks! I've come across a few who did the same thing.

I have submitted schedule A upfront along with my eAPR and added it to the LoE placeholder.

I answered 1 question yes for the statutory questions where I had OINP international student stream refusal. Can I submit Schedule A along with my application just to avoid future ADR or delays?

This is an older thread.
For the the PR application, the statuary questions are already part of the application questionnaire. There wouldn't be a need to submit another Schedule A when the PR application is being submitted.

I heard instances where IRCC will ask you to submit Schedule A ADR later if you selected yes to any statutory question.

Not for selecting Yes.

The ADR was asked during covid times since the application remained in the queue for so long that they needed an updated Schedule A. when your situation changes - married, addition of spouse, child etc, Schedule-A is once again provided in that situation.
