Advice Required for Highest Level of Education

Following is my summary,

1. I have completed 4yr bachelor's degree in India. Also, did an ECA for it.My ECA shows 4yr Canadian Equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
2. I have also completed 2yr PG diploma in Canada.

Is this eligible for Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years (see Help) ?
