Canada immigration sent me a letter on 17th may requested to submit my birth certificate within 10 days and i got the letter yesterday can i still submit the birth certificate because is after 10 day they gave me what can i do

Why are you yelling at me? Already gave my answer. Why would you ignore request? You have no choice but don’t know why your BC was not submitted with your PR-EE application.

Is this for Express Entry? If you don’t respond then your application (whatever it is) will be cancelled/returned/refused.
