Salams Rabia. Firstly, Congrats. Your AOR came just in 19 days. Most of applicants, prior to April 2023, their timelines show atleast 2 months lag between Submission and AOR. Your is only 19 days!! Checking the timelines of different participants on this forum, Sponsorship approval usually comes follows AOR by 1-2 days, may be a week in some cases. Along with it will be Biometrics and Medical request as well, i guess. Its been months - yes i'd get concerned too.

Yes you have applied through consultant - but you should still be able to get information about your application - as you are the principal applicant, right? Your husband should call the CIC center, provide your UCI, should ask details of how you can get access to progress of your application.

My consultant said that nowadays normally AOR takes 3-4 months and SA will be in 2-3 months after AOR. So just waiting for this month and will then follow up.

I only have the data which is from this forum, which i know is very few. Have a look at these timelines:

Check the dates between application submitted and AOR rec date...and also Sponsorship Approval date.
Its 2 months between Online and AOR, then Sponsorship approval follows right away.
I'd highly recommend take control of your application, and try to get access to tracker yourself. Are you getting any emails from CIC, or all of it goes to your consultant?

Well my AOR took 1.5 month and then since my husband had some court issie which were cleared afterwards totally so the consultant said that might be due to this it is taking long. However she keeps me updated on any email or info from IRCC. Thats why she asked me to wait till june end for SA and then will consult MP.

Ok - so there is actually nothing to be concerned about. Naturally, if there are outstanding issues in Sponsor's file, any outstanding document that CIC requires in the process - the applicant should expect delays in the process - that's a given! But i'll still suggest, for your own sanity and peace of mind, try to have your own ONLINE ACCESS to your application. I know a consultant is handling your application, but you can also have visibility of the application progress. Check it with them how you can get that.

Hopefully it will go smooth for you ahead. All the best.

Good lesson for the rest of us here.

Thanks,
Salams bro, your list of docs is very much thorough.
Since you've already got AOR and SA on your Spousal PR - would you still need to provide proof of relationship? or any other doc that was provided in the spousal pr.
And a general question for everyone - based on recent announcement about Easing the TRV for Spousal PRs Applicants, would the applicant still need to make an effort to prove that they will return back within 6 month timeline - or that should be out of the window now?

As per my own case and observation, most of Pakistani Spousal Visa applications transferred to LVO will have their Medical Requests approx 5 months from their Date of Application. This means that you can expect Medical anytime between 5-6 months. But more towards 5 months and few days more. It could be 5 or 10 days over 5 months.
I hope that is the case

Im now 5 months and 8 days since application date and still waiting for the medical request

oh really? i am going to apply now
Given that your sponsorship application was denied your TRV has a high chance of denial although we haven’t seen anyone attempt to get a TRV after the new announcement having been denied sponsorship. Was the reason for denial specified or just that they didn’t believe it was a genuine relationship? Did your spouse in Pakistan have an interview?
