Very hard to understand what you wrote. Let me ask, do you mean:
1. You said you've already received an ITA. You claimed 50 points for job offer and don't have an offer of employment or LMIA?
2. Are you going to finish two years of exp in June, but IRCC ended up giving you points for 2 years regardless?

Or is it #1 and #2, both?

2. I am going to finish my 2 years of experience in June 22 and got my pointed boosted for previous draw. I received an ITA in that draw and concern is once I file my pr can I change job ? The invitation is under CEC

You've 60 days to submit your PR application. Submit your application after June 22.

Just to be clear, if you are not using offer of employment - you can change your jobs.
