H1B Stamping Dropbox in Canada

Its all canada post. Once the status changes to issued, consulate will release the passport and other docs. AIS will then scan the details(you might pay for delivery of passports to the location while selecting the dropbox at ais itself, that includes the one for return of docs too). Once they scan the details, you will start getting emails at each step, like once canada post collect it from consulate etc.
Hi everyone, I am in the same boat as the ones above. This is my timeline of events:
May 13th: DS-160 Submitted
May 16th: Submitted documents through Canada Post
May 18th: Documents delivered through postal confirmation
No update since then. I contacted the customer care and then they said that the status would be updated only after an approval. Will keep everyone posted

I have been checking the status on the NIV status portal. The status since the 18th of May has been stuck at "No Status"
Based on the multiple threads I read here, looks like processing times are much faster at Vancouver compared to Toronto. Are you guys seeing the same pattern ? Is there any other consulate’s processing tones are closer to Vancouver ?

after approved how long it took for status change to Issued and when did you receive your passport?Hi Guys,
I have also dropped my passports for H-1B stamping in Canada on 04/11. Here are my updates as on today-
@Ottawa Consulate
04/11/2023 - Mailed via Canada post.
04/12/2023 - Delivered.
04/13/2023 - Status changed to "Application Received".
04/14/2023 - No change.
04/17/2023 - Approved.

What is the meaning of "Application Received: Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents."
Does this mean that I should schedule an appointment??
The status was updated on the 1st of June. Since the first of June, my application status is "application received" (written in blue).

Hi!! I also received the following status "Application Received: Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days." =>Please let me know if you had to go to an interview?? (For info, I applied for an H1B stamp and send my documents by mail since I am eligible for the interview waiver).
