Request letter from IRCC

Hi All,

looks like IRCC is set to issue final approvals. I received a request letter asking for recent bank statements. Has anyone received similar request? I had previously received an AIP.

Do you mind to share your primary visa processing application office?

I guess this request is for applicants whose apolications have exceeded three months and going to four months.Such apolicants' statement of account have already passed a three- month age.May 2020 and June 2020 applicants who have received AIP may be the ones receiving this request.I don't expect to see Late July or August applicants to receive this type request.

They just sent a request letter to my family member to provide secondary transcripts as well. They attached Bachelors degree only with application (most recent transcript). No AIP yet in this case. Hopefully this will seal the deal.

No. SOP was around bachelors and future gain from the program applied in. We opted to attach Bachelors only since they only ask about recent most post secondary education in study permit. Anyway, requested documents submitted now.

I think it’s Ottawa

I am from South Africa and the VACs here only opened yesterday

VACs do not make decisions, they are subcontractors.

could you exactly share cic's request for financial proof? it was just bank statements. or the complete financial part?

I have applied for student visa.

Have you resolved because I am also received the same request letter for provide the evidence for first year and also ask about fund plan for second year

10th april 2023 Request Letter from IRCC states that I should upload a copy of my valid passport as the one I use to apply has since expired. I uploaded this document 15th April 2023, reviewing the additional document you provided 20th April 2023, it's been 42days and still hasn't gotten any response. Please, anyone has idea of how long it will take ircc to review additional document?

No standard timelines here. Just have to wait this out.
