IRCC New portal ( Help Required)

Please guide me , Based on IRCC new portal form following documents are required .I am attaching these documents . If any other document required please guide me accordingly .last time I was refused under 179(B) strong ties in Canada and purpose of visit .(In GC Key)

• National identity document
• My Id card , family reg cert, Family info form, my sister passport, pr card
• Passport/travel document
• My current passport including previous passports
• financial support &Proof of funds
• My bank statement 7500 CAN $, Paid Ticket 2361 CAN $, Sister bank Statement 200000 CAN $ , My Property Doc
• Consent personal information
• A copy of a letter from the employer in Canada
• My Sister Business letter head , My Business detaila
• Additional documents
• Statement of purpose, Marriage cert, family cert, Invitation Letter

What did your GCMS notes say? Is this for your TRV or a work permit becauuse why would you provide “A copy of a letter from the employer in Canada?”

If for TRV, how long is visit because your funds are low? Sister’s funds do not have to be considered. Assume her funds are personal not business. What are your family ties to home country because that was reason for refusal? So you are married with children?

Yes, that's why I am confused. I selected the visitor visa option and then the option for siblings. However, when I select "other family member," the invitation letter option appears.
I am not applied for work permit , Now my funds are 10000 $ with proof of family and kids , and property as well

You need to provide strong ties to go back to your home country like Job, Business etc. If you have a job in your home country NOT CANADA then provide employment verification letter from your employer, recent pay stubs and a holiday request.
