Does it take longer to process a study permit if in applying for a co-op work permit alongside it at a time ?

I’m just wondering would applying for a co-op work permit along with a study permit at the same time slow down the process and require more work by a given VO that it would take longer to eventually get issued a visa ?

I applied coop work permit and study permit at the same time on January 28th and still waiting for the decision. I applied inside of Canada.
I don’t know about other cases but I really struggle with this situation.

Most likely your permit is being processed from your country of citizenship unless you meet certain conditions.

A lot of people applying from my country got their permit within 20 days. I applied on the 7th of april and I haven’t received any response yet.
