Hi Everyone, can I make a scanned copy of my original PCC in colour and send it to a certified translator here in Canada via email for translation? My original PCC is in my home country.

I thought the translator had to translate from the original. But I may be mistaken about that. Hopefully others can comment.

Have you thought about using a certified translator who is located in the same country as your PCC? That way they will have access to the original.

Anyway, hopefully others will comment. I'm not sure about the rules around this.

I did translate some documents before such as passport stamps but the translator never asked for original document
