In your case , did you see the status of tracking changing over a period before you recieve it . Did you got any notification in email or phone number

I submitted on 26th May, Showing above message, VFS told me 3 weeks for process. Did you submit for PR visa stamping? how many persons?

We submitted our passport on 2nd May and got it back on 9th May.

It will take 4 weeks for process and return the passport back from VFS dubai. For me it took 4 weeks exactly. So plan accordingly. Are you PR visa or study?
