DId you do the test outside Canada? any idea why they asked for interview?

test was done inside Canada, and never been invited for an interview, yet!

Took virtual oath on May 25, application closed saying "Congratulations..." on May 25 - tracker updated on May 27.

1. Does that mean the certificate was mailed out on the 25th or 27th (Saturday!!!)?
2. Since I live locally (10 min away from the SCR office) when can I receive the certficate?
3. For passport application, can my wife (Canadian citizen for 5+ year with a valid passport) become my guarantor?
4. Can anyone share what "relative" means for passport application? I can't find the link so please share if you have it. Can I put down my wife's uncle and aunt as my reference - since I don't believe they are my relative as per law. Please suggest.

1, No, it just means your application is done, no one know when its been mailed unless you call the call centre, my friend application did not show close even after she got the certificate for like 6 days.
2, 1 day after they mail it,or more no one knows tbh all depended on Canada post at that point and you obviously don't know when they mail it so basically just wait

They ask for 1 piece of ID along with the PR card, DL should be enough!

1, No, it just means your application is done, no one know when its been mailed unless you call the call centre, my friend application did not show close even after she got the certificate for like 6 days.

The way this immigration process works is ridiculous. Ppl get processed under a year and others cross into 3rd year while waiting

Nope. Test completed. on March 17. No update since then.
