How can I get into Canada without ielts and can get a job their with secondary education as I do not have any kind of degree. Please help me in this regard so I can get the visa without any issue and start working for my family for their better future. Thanks.

Not sure you can working without IELTS or showing proficiency. Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education.

Follow the instructions for the program and get a job with one of the 6 employers in the program. You need IELTS (CLB4) and ECA for education to apply to the program.

Read the guide, and the steps. You need job offer, submit interest to NB, get invitation and apply for PR. You must provide IELTS and ECA. One of the 6 employers may provide English training but you still need IELTS to apply. Maybe you get in once PR, but to apply IELTS is mandatory. You are applying for PR so need to show proficiency in English or French to get PR. This program is for skilled workers so need to show experience through education and past jobs.
